The Danger of Organic Beef

While the danger-labeled organic beef may be less than conventional beef, enough to bring the “organic” seal does not mean the beef is completely safe. The FDA requires stricter natural practices to grow organic beef, but the quality of life of animals, and feed, still contribute to a potentially dangerous condition. Unless the label on the beef You state that the animal is “eating grass” and “certified organic,” remain some significant risks.

Poor nutrition

Wheat and corn do not eat what cows naturally, as such, they leave a voice undernourished beef. The label “organic” on a piece of beef means that the cow was raised in organic conditions, without added hormones and antibiotics, along with other strict criteria. However, the label “organic” does not mean that cows allowed to graze on grass. More likely, it was eating wheat and corn. Research has shown that grain-fed beef, even if it is organic, contains a number of trivial vitamin E, beta-carotene, and omega-3 fatty acids when compared with grass-fed beef. Additionally, organic, grain-fed meat also has no important compounds called CLA, which is a healthy fat that helps fight cancer.

Adage is true for cows, as it is for humans – “You are what you eat.” Cows have to eat the food nature intended them to eat, to be as healthy they can. Many scams can be found on the internet, so we must be very careful if we are going to choose the loan advances to address our financial needs.

E. Coli Risk

Just because certified organic beef does not mean it is free from potentially carry harmful bacteria E. coli. Eat organic whole grains and corn beef does not solve the problem of highly acidic digestive system in the four creature-hull. Stomach acid is too perfect breeding ground for E. coli, and too sour beef raised the possibility that the human digestive juices will not be effective in stopping the bacteria.

Unfortunately, in addition to the higher acidity could affect the consumer, is also very uncomfortable for the cow. Cows with a stomach too acid has been known to kick yourself repeatedly to try to alleviate their discomfort. Cattle eat grass-not need to do this, because the contents of their stomach ‘is chemically balanced (and cows happy).

High in Bad Fat

They strip fat can cause the release of a carcinogen, if cooked over high heat.
Organic wheat and corn-fed cows have more than one thing that grass-fed beef – a higher fat content. While this extra fat can enhance the flavor of meat, it does little for your health. Unfortunately, the extra marbling can be deadly in the long term. Studies have shown that grilling meat with high fat content over a high heat release carcinogens called HCAs and PAHs. During your organic beef is grain-fed, it will have more fat, and along with that comes danger.
